As Site Coordinator is first Technical/Administrative contact from Navy (customer) ad IP (Private Industries) and also the firs contact from Customer ad contract. The name of this Contract is MCO, OSN is public contractor directly from Private Industries to Navy Supplier. During normal contract another company (military company) is between Supplier and IP. On this case whit my company I am directly responsible from the activities to the contract aspect. The picture of Site Coordinator collect also the Safety Manager Coordinator, this is a 360' view for an contract whit Italian Navy. As Combat System Coordinator the vision of the combat system is 'complete', this role has guaranteed me a professional growth in terms of coordination and relationship with customers and suppliers. For this professional figure, it is required to always be on the front line, the technical skills are necessary to solve quickly and clarify to the customer the right path to take to arrive at the best solution to the problem. Coordination and planning skills are also essential to manage different weapon systems. In the final phase of integration, it is very important to have the bases previously described because in this moment the stress is very high, but it is equally rewarding in the end to reap success after such an effort.
