- Performing experiments to investigate the DNA Damages signaling in murine neuronal cells, hippocampal and cortical ones, exposed to fatty acids ( palmitic and oleic ) as metabolic stressor, particularly analyzing the gH2AX phosphorylation using Western Blot and Immunofluorescence as the main molecular tools
-The autophagy and apoptosis of the cells were analyzed via Western Blot and quantified using ImageJ Fiji program.
