Dry Dock Activities (New Project): Engaged at Hyundai Mipo shipyard (Busan, Korea) to oversee the installation, commissioning, and delivery of Ro-Ro equipment on various vessels. Responsibilities included coordinating manpower from the shipyard, organizing and prioritizing work activities to meet company, shipyard, and classification society standards, training crews on new systems, providing technical support during the warranty period, and managing warranty claims and interventions. Reviewed design specifications critically for accuracy, identifying potential issues before they escalated into costly delays or rework situations.

Dry Dock Activities (Existing Structure): Served as the technical lead for renewing ramp structures and maintaining Ro-Ro equipment (hydraulic, electrical, and electronic controls). Oversaw the installation, commissioning, and delivery of custom solutions like flood control doors as requested by the classification register. Coordinated manpower, held daily meetings with the shipowner's representative and dry dock manager, conducted functional tests in the presence of classification societies to certify ship and equipment safety, and reported on the overall situation post-dry dock.

Service Activities: Managed planned and predictive maintenance activities for various Ro-Ro vessels and Offshore platforms under maintenance contracts. This included maintaining hydraulic systems and accessories (winches, locking devices) and providing technical support to the crew

Yacht Construction Supervisor.

Oversaw the construction of yachts ranging from 30 to 100 feet. Conducted comprehensive onboard tests, including evaluations of all machinery and helm station equipment, vessel structures, and performance during sea trials. Compiled detailed reports on test results and presented findings to the Quality and R&D departments to enhance product quality, reliability, and delivery efficiency.

3rd engineer-2nd engineer (Jolly Perla, Jolly Quarzo, Jolly Diamante, Jolly Arancione).

In charge to manage and coordinate technical operation of assigned machinery plant on board. Responsible for generators maintenance and conduction, sewage treatment system, purifiers, auxiliary boiler, bunkering operation. Involved in dry dock on new building (Jolly Quarzo 2012, Jolly Perla 2011, Jolly diamante 2010) at DSME shipyard Okpo South Korea to follow functional tests of all implant present on board, test include sea trial, electrical load tests, cooling systems (hi and low temperature), sewage treatment, water production, fuel consumption, ballast valve, SW line.
