Alliances and partnership incubation and management:

• Establish, oversights and maintain relationships with counterpart and other key contacts in partner organization facilitating interactions between the Parties
• Ensures/Support the implementation of the Alliance strategies and goals through the entire Alliance life
• Promote synergies and integration between the parties and secures alignment on prospects and initiatives
• Monitor and report on the performance of the Alliance and its health status
• Manage the Alliance Agreement, addendums and issue resolution
• Liaise internally with the Alliance leadership team and key stakeholders for priorities, issues and decisions
• Provide coaching, direction and guidance to personnel across internal organizations involved in the Alliance operations
• Promote capturing and sharing of lessons learned, foster transparent feedback mechanism and foster continuous improvement

Overseeing and management of licensing of proprietary technology and technology offered in alliances

• Researching and identifying potential licensing opportunities
• Analysis of market trends and policy and regulations landscapes and their impact on technology licensing activities
• Negotiating and managing licensing agreements, terms and conditions for associated service agreements
• Ensuring compliance with all licensing agreements and regulations
• Collaborating with the technical departments for the technology development and for the services associated with technology licensing
• Collaborating with sales and marketing & communication departments to promote licensed products
• Providing support on intellectual property matters, such as patents, trademarks, and copyrights
• Developing business models and implementing licensing strategies to increase revenue
• Coordinating with legal counsel to address any legal issues related to licensing

• Responsibility: developement of process activities for a feasibility study for the implementation of a grass-root integrated Petrochemical and Refinery Complex. Screening phase two main alternatives; definition of the best solution; economic and financial analysis; licensors pre-selection.

• Project Title: Jubail Refinery Debottlenecking Study

• Responsibility: Process activity and simulations for the debottlenecking study to increase the throughput of the design capacity of the CDU/VDU units and find to possible solutions.

• Segment: Onshore Technology: Refining
• Responsibilities: Process plant simulation for Existing CDU Unit (U-100) in the existing operating conditions and in the future ones; performance check for column, vessel, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors. Identification of equipment to be revamped and indication of new performance requirements. PFD, PID preparation.Detailed calculation and datasheet preparation for equipment of the New Hydrogen Distribution System (U-1900).
