Looking for a project I deeply believe in, for my daily working hours I keep wishing for myself an exciting enviroment where I can continue learning and discovering things and where I feel particularly good doing my best for the success of the project.
- PLC Software and HMI of the common for a revamping of a continous casting machine
- PLC Software and HMI developed for an non ferrous metals (copper and aluminum) E-waste recycling plant (Slag holding furnance, Ladle Treatment System, Secondary dedusting fumes treatment planet and a copper casting machine) in collaboration with German department.
Later on supporting the commissioning phase from office meanwhile working for new project.
Opportunity that gives me the chance to work with an international team moving in Düsseldorf for one year.
- PLC Software and HMI for an innovative green steel making plant in Sweden, especially focused on Electrical Arc Furnace and Energy Recovery System from high temperature fumes generated from the furnace
Now I am finalising the software of an Electrical Arc Furnace for another Sweden project that will be commissioned soon.
The year later, still during my studies, I had the possibility for an Apprentice again for SMS Group during my afternoons.
In this period I had really the chance to start going a little bit deeper in automation processes.
Starting with an hydraulic system developing SCADA HMI, PLC software and simulation software, I had in this way to have the overview of the process to prepare an automation system for the commissiong phase.
I continued then with some other packages, as an Constir M-EMS (Mould Electromagnetic Stirring) for an CCM.
As delevop software enviroment I manly used Siemens Tia Portal with CPU-1516F, but for some older plants revamping I used Step7.
During my after diploma degree studies I had the chance to start introducing myself in work enviroment as intern.
During this interniship I started handling mainly with HMI and OP Panel developing with Siemens software (WinCC 7.5 as SCADA, meanwhile for OP panel with WinCC advanced integrated in Tia Portal).
The interface developed was for a steel CCM (continous casting machine), so I had the chance to start put my eyes on automation processes handling.
PLC Software with TIA PORTAL (LADDER, SCL, STL), including safety program
Human Machine Interface (HMI) with WinCC SCADA (connected to SQL database)
