It is a change management program and bringing on board the organization communicating and informing is of utmost necessity.
The project covered all the aspects of a global business template implementation, which means new IS tool deployment SAP S4 and revision of the business processes (A to Z). This last part was essential for the project as functionalities have been tailored and designed in some cases according to defined business set up.
I fully understood that creating value is not only directly linked in running the day by day business but in shaping the structure (in this case the ERP and relevant processes) in the best possible way as s trade-off between the available resources (time, financing, people) and the ERP quality to allow the business to be run in the most slim and effective way.
