

In the morning, I helped arrange the breadsticks on the baking trays after the machine shaped them, after helped by a colleague we do the pizza preparation: he shaped the dough, and I added the ingredients and toppings.
In the afternoon, assisted in preparing different types of dough to be processed by machinery for bread shaping. Helped place the shaped bread onto baking trays. Cleaned the laboratory at the end of the shift.
During pastry classes at school, I learned the fundamentals of various pastry preparations I gained hands-on experience using professional equipment, including a stand mixer, dough sheeter, blast chiller, chocolate tempering machine, and ice cream maker
In my free time, I enjoy staying active through sports and listening to music
