In charge of:

• negotiating, drafting and reviewing all the contractual documentation related to the corporate business;
• providing legal assistance and support to the local and international management;
• ensuring the compliance of the corporate business with the relevant industry regulations and, in particular, with the data protection law (GDPR), the anti-money laundering and antiterrorist financing legislation (AML/CFT) and the Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.

In charge of:

• negotiating, drafting and reviewing all the contractual documentation related to the corporate business;
• providing legal assistance and support to the local and international management;
• ensuring the compliance of the corporate business with the data protection law (GDPR), the anti-money laundering and antiterrorist financing legislation (AML/CFT) and the Italian Legislative Decree no 231/2001.

In charge of providing products adjustments/refinements, assistance in product suitability, regular review and update of the contractual documentation, managing of innovation portfolio and carrying out market researches and product developments.

Main products handled: unit-linked life insurance policies, employee benefits group policies, CPI (with a special focus to CQS & CQP products - loans backed by one-fifth of salary or pension).

In charge of:

• negotiating, drafting and reviewing all the contractual documentation related to the corporate business;
• providing legal assistance and support to the local and international management;
• handling relations with the external legal firms in the pre-litigation stage and in the course of the proceedings;
• providing compliance activity in the framework of the data protection legislation;

Main products handled: individual and group life policies, medical reimbursement policies; employee benefits group policies, CPI (with a special focus to CQS & CQP products - loans backed by one-fifth of salary or pension).

In charge of:

• handling civil and commercial disputes before national and international Courts and Arbitration Chambers;
• providing consultancy to insurance and reinsurance companies;
• negotiating, drafting and reviewing national and international trade contracts.

• drafting and reviewing trade contracts.
