• Primarily responsible for transcribing patient history, exam notes, operative notes and other documents / reports in discharge summary from patients files (IPD/OPD).
•Follow up with consultants to ensure that summaries are accurate and errorless.
•Making corrections /edit to discharge summaries, as per consultant instructions.
•Making chemotherapy protocols for international patients.
•Handling incoming calls, e-mails and responding in professional and timely manner. Escalate complex customer issues to appropriate individuals /departments.
