• Developed and optimized processes and products in rubber, epoxy-polyurethane adhesives, and PVC, ensuring continuous improvement in product performance.
• Conducted chemical and physical characterization of raw materials and finished products using advanced techniques such as FTIR, TGA, DSC, and mechanical characterization tests to support research and development of new materials.
• Performed aging tests on finished rubber products to evaluate improvements and assess the durability of colored products, following ISO 4892-2 standards and using Q-Sun chamber tests combined with colorimetric measurements and microscopic imaging.
• Analyzed quality control and production data using software such as Excel, Knime, and Python to identify and define acceptance ranges and optimize production processes.
• Managed research and development projects using the Smartsheet platform, ensuring adherence to timelines and project goals.
• Participated in the Sustainability team to conduct Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) of finished products using SimaPro software, aimed at improving the environmental impact of products.

Quality Control Experience

• Managed quality control of semi-finished and finished rubber products, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 standards.
• Oversaw quality control processes for epoxy-polyurethane adhesives in line with ISO9001 standards.
• Controlled the quality of incoming raw materials for the production of rubber, PVC products, and epoxy-polyurethane adhesives, maintaining ISO9001 compliance.
• Prepared and maintained documentation related to the quality control of raw materials and laboratory instruments in accordance with ISO9001 standards.

During this 6-month training period, I conducted in-depth statistical analyses on QC data to achieve the following objectives:

• Established the correlation between QC tests to evaluate their effectiveness and necessity.
• Conducted compression testing on finished products using a specific semi-static method and correlated the results with QC tests.
• Analyzed historical QC data to identify trends and define control ranges.

The analyses were performed using Excel and Knime, providing comprehensive descriptive statistics and clear data visualization.
