Electronic BBQ

7 2023 - Current

As the Stage Manager for the Electronic BBQ hosted by Benny Benassi, I coordinated all logistical aspects, managed and collaborated with the technical team, ensuring the proper setup and functionality of audio and video equipment
I was responsible for creating and managing the event schedule, facilitating seamless transitions between performances, and ensuring all operations complied with safety regulations
Additionally, I effectively communicated with Benny and his team to guarantee a successful and smooth event execution.

Havoc & Lawn

01.2017 - Current

As the tour manager for Havoc & Lawn, I handle all logistics, ensuring that riders and technical requirements are adhered to for every performance
My role is to guarantee that our DJs perform flawless shows.

Habitat R.E.

01.2018 - Current

Habitat" is a project to which I am deeply attached, it was born out of necessity and the desire to convey our values in the city that first introduced us, through Benny Benassi, to electronic music
Every month, we aim to provide an inclusive space where music and clubbing break free from everything else
For each Habitat Event I take care of:
Bringing together a team of resident DJs, photographers, content creators, audio-light service, VJs, and promoters
Establishing agreements with various venues in the city, with the most recent resulting in a residency at our current club: Italghisa
Exploring external Habitat projects beyond clubbing to enhance the identity of Reggio Emilia
Monitoring the expenses and earnings of each event to ensure the project's sustainability over time
We're not solely focused on clubbing but also on enhancing the surrounding territory in order to promote our region and the beauties of our city while creating a fusion between music and history
Through a collaboration and agreements established with the Emilia Romagna Region, we've brought Habitat and our ideas to ancient and historical venues like Bianello's Castle
This event was the first step to two additional projects: Re-Discover and Picnic Elettronico
Unfortunately the downside of being amateurs in this industry is that, at the end of 2023, we encountered our first issue with Habitat which led to our socials to be taken down and a rebranding to be done with a new name: "HBT"

REdiscover

01.2020 - 01.2021

REDISCOVER" is a small docuseries where landscapes and music blend together in order to create a unique visual and auditory experience
Italy, specifically Reggio Emilia, is a magnificent place and we are committed to showcasing its beauty
Since we did not have the permits to host a large gathering at each location, we decided to take our viewers on a journey from the historic city center to Monte Custna, the highest peak in the province, passing through its castles, villages and the Pietra di Bismantova
Our up-and-coming DJs had to perform aboard a moving Citroen 2CV, in front of theaters, in Tibetan villages, on chairlifts, and at sunset on breathtaking peaks.

Picnic Elettronico

01.2022 - Current

Following the Habitat event at the Bianello Castle, a collaboration with the municipality of Reggio Emilia was established
From May till July, we organize free events aimed at enhancing the value of the ancient Villa
The events range from house music to concerts by emerging artists, providing a stage not only for the artists but also for all initiatives and associations that can promote activities for our region
Food trucks, craft breweries, and lots of music accompany the transition from spring to summer in a setting rich with the history of our city.

Ralph Lauren

From May 2018 to March 2021 - Employee in the E-commerce Office
Since March 2021 - Supervisor in the E-commerce Shipping Department for Polo Ralph Lauren:
Staff planning based on peak workloads and forecasts received from the client to ensure an appropriate workforce
Management of the daily process with optimization and prioritized processing based on customer requests and agreements
Safety checks of warehouse facilities
Supplier portfolio management, including long-term order planning for consumable materials
Management of commercial agreements
Planning and scheduling of IT implementations for all E-commerce-related sectors
Staff supervision and cooperative relationship management.
