Radio Network Planning and Optimization

First of all english knowledge is mandatory working shoulder by shoulder with chinese colleagues. From the start of W3 project, I was responsible for 3G data production. Therefore, I monitored the swap/consolidation plan on a daily basis, also liaising with colleagues in the Region for real-time updates on the work plan.I was also responsable for data import in O&M ZTE tool for 3G side.

From 2020 a new team has been created for daily activities and kpi check side by side with main customer W3.

From june 2025 I'm in HQ optimization team, I follow trial and report production.

Wind South Area Network RF Planner for Reggio Calabria (RC)

• Sites engineering using tool Planet for coverage simulation or eventually with visit on site
• Tuning parameters
• Data Radio planning
• Validation of CEM (report of impact electromagnetic)
• Validation Pdm (report of the project of sites)
• Creation of data radio (CDR)
• Neighbor studies
• KPI analysis
• Responsible for “alfa24” parameter, ensuring the access for the Wind tool to Arpa people
• Meetings with every local “Arpa”, so knowledge of Italian laws for the matter
• administrator for internal tool
• Responsible for “RNO” plan, collecting the needs from my colleague and giving project to the supplier until the end 2016

• Followed areas: Firenze, Lucca, Massa, Pisa, Prato, Siena, Pistoia, Arezzo, Perugia, Terni and Roma
• Sites engineering with help of tool Planet for coverage simulation or eventually with visit on site

• Validation of CEM (report of impact electromagnetic)
• Validation Pdm (report of the project of sites)
• Neighbor studies
• KPI analysis at site/cell level
• checked and approved for RF side some main project regarding indoor coverage.

Wind Customer Care Consultant

• Front line at 155 service, back office claims, retention calls outbound, dealer support calls inbound

• Management of faxes from dealer with customers activation requests, dealer support calls inbound, new sim number customer activations and new contracts for fixed lines
