I am in charge of the replenishment of 75 shops, primarily located in Central and Southern Italy.

My core responsibilities include preparing replenishment orders to ensure products availability, maintaining relationships with the stores and supporting them in stock management.

I also work to define and implement improvement and corrective action plans to meet target KPIs and ensure the efficiency of replenishment operations across my network.

I worked in the Operations Team of L'Orèal - Consumer Products Division.
I was responsible for the supply of two products categories -Make-Up and Hair Coloring - which require co-packing reworks.

These goods were manufactured by subcontractors with which I maintained a daily relationship, defining the production plan they had to follow and managing the stock they had to use.
