At EY I have joined the Business Design team to support clients across Financial Services designing and delivering strategic transformation focused on customer and growth. Selected work experience includes:

• Led the Channel Strategy enablement workstream for a leading UK retail banking client. Key responsibilities included top-down strategic alignment assessment and identification of choices / options to accelerate the delivery of the new mobile-first strategy and the optimisation of a £500m transformation portfolio
• Shaped the Organisational Restructuring programme for a leading banking client. Key responsibilities included a short and sharp review of the bank's programme to redefine their branch network organisational structure globally, from target state vision to strategic pillars and design principles

• Omni-channel Customer Experience (CX) analytics at leading UK bank: Led the development of an executive dashboard to provide critical business insights on CX; - Analysed business requirements and performed dashboard demos with senior stakeholders; - Elaborated action plan to enhance CX across top-priority customer journeys.
• EMEA Target Operating Model (TOM) at global fortune 500 energy company: - Conducted AS-IS assessment of existing data management capabilities (systems, processes, people); - Identified performance gaps and improvement opportunities against regulations and best practices; - Developed three-year transformation roadmap to deliver improvement recommendations.
• Programme Management Office (PMO) for digital transformation at leading UK bank: - Led planning and implementation of multiple digitally-enabled initiatives in the CFO area; - Coordinated and influenced senior stakeholders and facilitated workshops; - Ensured cross-functional alignment and consistency of deliverables across various teams.
• Data governance at global fortune 500 food company: - Defined the conceptual data model and supported the creation of other data artefacts; - Assessed technical and commercial aspects of different data management tools; - Supported the creation of the Data Excellence function, e.g. definition of roles & responsibilities.
• Finance analyst for Net Interest Income (NII) Stress Test at leading UK bank: - Analysed the EBA Methodological Note to calculate the NII impact of different scenarios; - Supported the finance team in collecting the starting point data needed for the NII forecasts; - Prepared functional documentation (Explanatory Note) submitted to the EBA.
• Credit risk analyst for Internal Audit at leading UK bank: - Analysed the bank’s IRB model suite for the mortgage portfolio (PD, LGD and EAD); - Assessed models performance through desktop review of documentation and data analytics; - Developed detailed reports and supported application submission for regulatory approval.
