Lead the end-to-end operations of a high-tech, innovation-driven company, translating the CEO’s strategy into execution across all functions. Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, quality, service, industrialization, customer operations, finance , legal, people and organizational effectiveness, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and cost efficiency. Drive alignment across R&D, engineering, production, sales, post-sales, and corporate functions, turning complex technologies into reliable, market-ready solutions. Represent the company externally in institutional, commercial, and strategic engagements, acting as the Executive leader responsible for executing the company’s vision and sustaining high-performance growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO, I provide overall leadership and strategic guidance to the executive and management team, with full accountability for the HR function at global level. I define and execute people and organizational strategies to support sustained hypergrowth, ensuring high engagement, low attrition, leadership development, organizational scalability and cultural alignment across regions.

Since April 2023, I also serve as General Manager EMEA, with oversight of the US subsidiary, holding full P&L responsibility and leading profitability, revenue growth, cash flow and quality targets. I oversee regional operations, resource planning, project execution and operational performance, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and long-term value creation.

In addition, I manage institutional and strategic relationships, acting as a company representative with key stakeholders, partners and public institutions, and supporting corporate positioning, governance and international development initiatives.

• Reporting directly to CEO Europe/CCO Global, I lead all the HR activities according to the business strategy, within my Regions and job family that is 90% composed by Sales and Country Manager, such as: Workforce and Labor cost management, talent acquisition and development, integration, harmonization and cultural projects
• I'm also the project manager of the implementation of our smart working model in all the countries globally
• To aim those challenges, I lead a team of 4 person: 3 HR Manager based in Italy, Germany and China and one 1 HR Controlling based in Poland.

• As HR Leader of Bari and Pescara sites, I drive all the HR process for: PVS (pumps, valves and systems) business which is a cross functional, dynamic, young and fast paced client group of nearly 330 professionals (both white and blue collars) based in Bari; OFS Continental Europe (Oilfield services) business which is a multi-product and experienced client group of nearly 200 professionals (white collars, field specialist and maintenance technician) with HQ based in Cepagatti (Pescara) and other facilities/offices in Italy and abroad (Israel, Malta, Portugal, Spain, Albania, Ukraine)
• I lead all the HR activities related to the sites such as industrial and institutional relationship, recruiting and talent development, supporting the business in the implementation of their strategies
• My main target is to lead the delivery of cost out initiatives, work on the change management of the Leadership Team and contribute to profitability of the plant, reaching the excellence EHS, QUALITY and Manufacturing fields.

• With my Romanian team (composed of 5 people), I was fully involved in transforming one operational site in one P&L, making it the European center of excellence for Manufacturing and Engineering
• In my duties there were all the activities of: fulfillment of local laws/rules, implementation of local HR standards, administrative processes, recruiting, local and international assignment, performance & leadership management, people development, Comp&ben, support and coach local managers for improving people management and development
• I was been also involved in the opening of Magneti Marelli Research & Development center in Romania and in the integration process.

• Management of all HR activities of two Cross Functions (Industrial Operations and Quality) and one Business Unit in Aerospace field (approximately 400 employees) of the Grugliasco plant (HQ) and Castres (France)
• My duties were people development, recruiting, compensation and benefit, knowledge management and training, pillar leader WCM-PD
• At the same time, I was appointed as referent for industrial relations and litigation for Comau spa.

• Responsible for all the activities of training, communication and development of people of Foggia plant (1300 employees)
• My main goal was to work on cultural aspects, remarking the attention for the details and customer care.

• Responsible to coordinate the services of apprenticeship - internship - recruitment, taking care of public institutes and developing customer's relationship in Emilia Romagna and Puglia regions.
