Within the mission of Credit Monitoring & NPE Operational Management, which oversees the management of Non-Performing Exposures and repossessed assets of leasing perimeter, NPE Operational Activities is responsible for loan classification and provisions monitoring, cross-Department back-office services and post-sales activities on credits disposals. As Head of the Unit:

- coordinate the resources of the Team, ensuring quality and promptness of assigned tasks;

- provide advice and support about credit risk policies;

- monitor the achievement of asset quality and loan loss provisions forecast;

- support Head of Department in new projects development;

- assess Team resources performance setting individual goals, giving constant feedback, providing appraisals and cooperating with the Head of Department in the incentives management.

As head of the Special Credit Unit, responsible for assessment of transactions and monitoring activities regarding counterparties classified as restructuring and workout, coordinated the activities of the team, took decisions on proposals within sub-delegated powers and provided advice on credit rules.

Provided credit opinions and decisions (within assigned powers) and monitoring reports concerning management of Non-Performing Exposures.

Within the mission of Credit Underwriting Department which oversees the granting of new leasing transactions, provided opinions and decisions (within assigned powers) concerning credit worthiness of counterparties classified as performing.

Carrying out this activity balanced analytic and communication skills with both Risk Management and Sales Department in order to ensure sustainable growth of business under the framework of Group risk strategies.

Assisted Branch Manager in daily activities of the branch office, in particular collecting and evaluating new proposals of leasing transactions and supporting Operations Department in preparing contractual documents.

Assisting Branch Manager in daily activities, had opportunity to get in touch with banking sector, learn main drivers of credit worthiness evaluation of companies and understand importance of accurate and prompt handling of any request coming from customers.
