In quanto consulente senior in Generali, sono stato responsabile del lavoro e della formazione dei consulenti junior affidati al mio team. Le esperienze di lavoro in team mi hanno fatto comprendere le difficoltà e gli ostacoli del lavoro di squadra: nel corso del tempo ho sviluppato capacità di Problem solving relative al lavoro in gruppo.
