  • My main achievements in this role was to implement cost-saving techniques for the maintenance on CVD chambers
  • One project I was leading was to replace the outer chamber o-rings on a SABPSG chamber with a different cheaper compound (Viton)
  • The project worked, the quality of the film deposited didn't change and there was a saving of around 800USD per PM per chamber.
