As a Customer Experience Consultant at Luxy, I enhanced the web-based customer experience for a home design company, leading the development of a user-friendly website by leveraging a network of external consultants and focusing on improving the customer journey. In my role as a Real Estate Consultant at LUNEDES Spa, I conducted research to identify and convert properties in Rome and Milan into short-term rental apartments, overseeing the interior design and operational setup of new B&B properties to ensure high standards of quality and comfort. My academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Law from Università degli Studi di Napoli "Parthenope" and a Master's in Fashion & Luxury Management from Luiss Business School, enriched by my lifelong passion for travel.
