Managing the Supply Chain of the PCI line of business.

I have in charge every stage of the organization supply chain, from purchasing to production and shipment.

These my main activities:

• Performing statistical analyses to gather data for operational and forecast team needs.
• Statistical forecasting to plan production and Costumers needs
• Coordinating Purchasing and Planning dept. to assure availability of goods in the correct time for Production and Costumers and the requested level of quality
• Monitoring the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
• Supervising the Production Coordinator to ensure efficiency during the process and assure quality of produced materials or goods.
• Supervising the Logistic Coordinator to ensure efficiency of storage and move of goods.
• Assessing the need for production and material-handling equipment and staffing
• Analyzing current inventories to guarantee the right level of stock of each type of products; implementing and promoting action to improve the rotation of the Inventory.
• Developing policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety;
• Participating as an advisory member of the product development team, providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials.
• Acting as part of the team coordinating engineering changes, or new product launches to ensure timely and orderly material and production flow transitions.

Manage the Supply Chain of the site in Albinea.

In that period I did pretty much the same job of "PCI Business Coordinator". Particular mention of 2 big projects I coordinated:

- moving of shipment department to a different building

- adding new production department (Farm Service) and consequently creating new manage of this new LOB (process - flows - supplies..) in Albinea facility

Managing of Purchasing and Planning department.

My main activities were:

• Assessing and forecasting sales projections.
• Reviewing and approving purchase orders and invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitoring and evaluating vendor performance to determine compliance with quality standards.
• Monitoring inventory levels and avoided shortages with timely replenishment of stock.
• Cultivating strong relationships with vendors to maintain and improve levels of customer service.
• Negotiating pricing and terms with vendors to secure best value for company.
• Researched and evaluated potential suppliers to determine best fits for company needs and to identify cost savings opportunities.
• Oversaw training and onboarding process for newly hired employees within Purchasing and Planning dept.
