Managing the Supply Chain of the PCI line of business.
I have in charge every stage of the organization supply chain, from purchasing to production and shipment.
These my main activities:
Manage the Supply Chain of the site in Albinea.
In that period I did pretty much the same job of "PCI Business Coordinator". Particular mention of 2 big projects I coordinated:
- moving of shipment department to a different building
- adding new production department (Farm Service) and consequently creating new manage of this new LOB (process - flows - supplies..) in Albinea facility
Managing of Purchasing and Planning department.
My main activities were:
