Managing a team with over 200 employees that fall within 5 restaurants, 1 bistro, Pool restaurant & bar & beach bar, 4 bars, In room dining and private villas; in charge of all banqueting operational activities happening at the resort and villas.

Quality leader and Excom team member since 2021, responsible for operational excellence, as such I strive to achieve highest levels of guest satisfaction through consistent execution of the hotel's hospitality best practices and building high performance teams that work well together to create excellent guest experiences.

Responsible for talent acquisition and pre-opening training for all F&B team members, working closely with the Human resources department to ensure effective recruitment processes for employment and retention of outstanding team members.
