· Ownership of Implementation and migration project plans
· Assemble project delivery team
· Internal and external communication of project deliverable and progress against agreed plans
· Provisioning of hardware infrastructure as required
· Coordinate with internal Technical Implementation Specialist teams, Network provisioning teams and outsourced implementation and communications partners during implementation
· Liaise with internal functions for service permissioning
· Ensure clients are technically ready for implementation; to include system checks and that hardware meet standards
· Single point of contact for customer communication during projects
· Agree Implementation or Migration plans with clients
· Communicate product changes to clients
· Own client site documentation and maintain technical contacts, process and stakeholder provide detail for any break fix activity or other client activity
· Provide technical guidance to clients during implementation e.g. Firewall settings, IP addresses etc.
· Engage with Sales and Account Management teams and Customer support teams as part of post implementation hand-over
· Monitor client bandwidth usage and propose upgrade where required
· Coordinate billing release with OMS team within Order to Cash
· Consistent use of order management and project management tools including TOM Positive closure/sign off of projects
