- New Business Development : Actively contributed to new business development initiatives within the digital realm. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue digital opportunities, ultimately expanding the digital footprint of La Gazzetta dello Sport and contributing to its revenue growth.
- Digital Project Management : Oversaw all phases of the project lifecycle, from conception to online implementation, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting quality standards.
- Editorial Partnerships : Managed end-to-end editorial and marketing partnerships between Gazzetta Active and partner companies*. This involved project definition, activity planning, resource management, and operations coordination to ensure project success. (Tot. business volume jun-dic 2023: 600k €)
- Digital Analytics : Conducted in-depth analysis of traffic and user performance for Gazzetta's digital products. Compared performance against established targets and evaluated competition to inform product strategies and performance enhancements.
- DEM and Landing Page implementation : Led the conceptualization and creation of direct email marketing (DEM) campaigns and landing pages tailored to the needs and objectives of our partners. Developed compelling copy and visual elements to maximize engagement and drive conversions. Collaborated closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives, resulting in increased lead generation and customer acquisition for both La Gazzetta dello Sport and our partner companies.
