• Evaluation of structural and functional alterations of the enteric nervous system in a murine model of multiple sclerosis induced by the neurotoxin cuprizone at both functional and molecular levels;
• Focus on the main excitatory and inhibitory neurotransmission pathways using isolated organ instruments;
• Evaluation of specific genes at both cerebral and intestinal levels in cuprizone-treated mice using RT-qPCR;
