I worked as seasoner during the winter season in France like waitress in the restaurant of the hotel. To give an high quality service was mandatory cause it's 3 stars hotel; so I improved all the skills that I'm always using working like waitress.
The Yungaburra Pitstop is a petrol station that is serving also salty breakfast, pizzas, burgers, fish and chips, coffees on site or take away so I was working in the kitchen and also like waitress.
I was living in the same property of the restaurant so my tasks were changing everyday according to the need. I worked as waitress, kitchen hand, dishwasher, helper pizza maker, barmaid and cleaner.
As waitress my main duties were welcoming and seating guests, taking guest orders, memorizing the menu and offering recommendations.
As runner my main duties were: delivering food in time, assisting other staff with various jobs such as filling water glasses, making seating arrangements for guests.
It was a small place so as needed I helped the owner. As dishwasher my duties were maintaining a clean kitchen and washing and sorting soiled dishes. As kitchen hand my duties were retrieving food items as requested by the chef, assisting with food preparation and throwing the rubbish out.
My main duties were preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea and special beverages; cleaning seating areas, serving customers and taking orders, serving and processing customer payments.
