Advice and support on HR to the missions of Cell 1 portfolio (Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan), during Annual Planning time.

• Compliance with MSF administrative and HR policies and procedures, HR strategy development, performance management & talents development.
• Change management: moving the coordination team to Syria, and initiating registration and admin procedures in compliance with new government regulations.

(Syria mission in remote from Amman - JORDAN)

• Advice and support on HR to the missions of Cell 5 portfolio provided (South Sudan, Somalia, Nigeria).

• Coordination of preparation of the event (Travels, accommodation, logistics and Agenda preparation)

• Advice and support on HR related issues to the missions of Cell 2 portfolio provided (Niger, Nigeria, Mali, Burkina Faso)
• Active member of Cell 2 in terms of HR & operational strategy of the Region and of the platform of OCBA HR management field (HRM).

• Rationale for staff end of contracts elaborated, acted as mediator between parties and as advisor on mission closure to managers and coordinators.

• Compliance with MSF financial, administrative and HR policies and procedures, HR strategy development, performance management, talent management & development, promotion of Responsible Behaviour.
• Mission strategy towards the closure of activities with the mission coordination team developed.
• Mission in support to migrants in Italy

• Medical care and restoration of dignity for migrants in transit
• Compliance with MSF financial, administrative, and HR policies and procedures, HR strategy development, performance management, talent management and development, promotion of DEI and WLB, promotion of Responsible Behaviour.
• Start-up of the mission in Bosnia (procedure for registering in the country, MOU with local authorities, and admin guideline for Bosnia prepared).

• Mission supporting an Emergency center and a Trauma Hospital.

• Draft of revision of MSF Belgium National staff recruitment and Expatriation policy.

• Recruitment and selection of International staff for HQ and the field.

• Mission providing medical Health care in Bulgarian reception centers.

• Organization of evacuation of international staff from the country, and Mission closure in remote control.
• Mission supporting local MOH Hospital for primary health and maternal care

• Hand-over of the project to MSF OCA prepared.
