I firstly joined Linklaters in September 2021 during my fourth year of study at the University of Trento, as a legal intern, becoming a trainee in September 2022, and since then I have continued to gain more and more experience and knowledge in M&A and private ECM, while also developing FRG profiles. Among others, I have been part of the cross-border core teams for the following multi-jurisdiction and multi-bn transactions:

• Acquisition by the global insurance and asset management provider, Generali, of Conning Holdings Limited, a leading global asset manager for insurance and institutional clients, from Cathay Life, a subsidiary of Cathay Financial Holdings, one of the largest Asia-based financial institutions (H1 2023);
• US$1.35bn acquisition by Perfetti Van Melle, the owner of confectionary brands such as Chupa Chups and Mentos, of Mondelez Internazional's developed-market Gum Business in the US, Canada and Europe (H2 2022).

• Carried out several due diligence processes (main tasks: reviewing documents, drafting report, coordinating different teams).
• Established Italian branches of EU and not-EU parent companies and Italian limited liability companies (società per azioni / società a responsabilità limitata).
• Drafted by-laws, SHAs, SPAs.
• Drafted steps plans, memoranda, and correspondence.
• Performed in-depth legal researches.
• Reviewed legal information and proofed documentation for errors.
• Accomplished other multiple tasks within established timeframes.

• Participated in team projects, demonstrating an ability to work collaboratively and effectively.
• Supported organization of events and conferences, drafted relevant reports.
• Identified issues, analyzed information and provided solutions to problems.

• Supported Professors in organizing their lessons at the University.

• Helped with planning and hosting of marketing events.
• Sat with marketing team members to learn new tasks and determine best tactics for solving challenges.
• Researched competitor trends and interpreted findings, reporting conclusions to supervisor.
