• Preparedness Manual – Piaggio Aerospace (2024): Development of a crisis management manual including vulnerability analysis, response procedures, and the drafting of position papers.
• Strategy & Management Project (2024): Analysis of a real company case, including performance assessment, competitor benchmarking, and definition of a future strategy based on a SWOT analysis.
• CSR & Communication Project – Italgraniti (2024): Production of a video and an academic essay to communicate the company’s sustainability strategy, with a focus on minimizing greenwashing risks.
• Organizational Behavior Project (2025): Analysis of a company’s organizational culture, motivation, and employee engagement, with proposed solutions and final presentation.
