In this role, I manage the requests from internal and external customers for events related to Learning Services (Instructor-Led and Self-Paced courses, Subscriptions and Certification exams), from the beginning (when the requests are coming), through the proposals and the purchase process, till the delivery.

This role also includes training staffing and Project Management tasks as forecasting activities and tracking of the financial results (revenues and margins).
