- Responsible for Country demand planning from the beginning of Honor Italy to now, Mainly CPFR with open market customers, operators customers and Honor online store. Mainly responsible for handsets demand forecast, supply matching and AATP distribution, sales execution, and replenishment management, not only Stock and DOS control, but also activity demand forecast.
- Responsible for country gross revenue forecast and achievement monitor, from the beginning of Honor Italy to now. Raise pre-risk o high risk to guarantee the revenue target achievement.
- Sole responsibility for local logistic management from the beginning of Honor Italy to now. Not only daily import and local delivery monitoring, logistic fee payment management and logistic costs saving, but also local annual procurement contract negotiation and reviewing.
- Participate in initial e-commerce warehouse site selection, procurement contract negotiation, supply chain measurement opinion evaluation, and system requirement development and supplier EDI system connection.
