• Managing the manufacturing team to reach the target KPIs for efficiency, first pass ratio, efficiency, conversion cost, scrap ratio, technological waste ratio, turnover, OEE and OLE of process and equipments
• Introduction of Industry 4.0 principles to the factory

• Leading the mechanical design team to deliver successfully the project deliverables.
• Leading key projects from R&D.
• Managing the team who are responsible of the design of all mechanical and structural parts such as:

Tub, Frame System, Hinges, Crossbars, Inner Door, Outer Door, Side Panels

Door Lock, Auto Door Opening, Touch to Open system

Hinge systems such as double fulcrum and sliding fulcrum

• Identifying cost improvement projects and realizing with the team
• Managing & Reporting the cost down & optimization activities for catching the KPI paramete
• Managing tooling, mechanical line investments in collaboration with the manufacturing team.
• Providing direction to the team and take the lead to guide the team when urgencies or errors occur.
• Performing design reviews, manage prototypes, and review test results and simulations.
• Ensuring R&D team members work with purchasing, design, quality, manufacturing, certification, and patent teams to ensure the new design works matching with the criteria.
• Mentoring team members to improve and drive their technical capabilities
• Ensuring R&D deliverables for the key projects.

• Designing sheet metal / plastic parts, dynamic parts, fasteners, packaging and electromechanical components by using 3D programs based on mechanical engineering approach
• Responsible for creating mechanical design solutions to meet specification requirements
• Driving the analysis of technical solutions in collaboration with suppliers, quality, manufacturing, purchasing and other functions.
• Realizing for component design from conceptualization to industrialization.
• Leading for defining test plans to evaluate and certify design robustness and specification compliance
• Supporting the approval process for components and products: Defining critical dimensions and characteristics of components.
