Profile:

After graduating with honors from the University of Genoa as a Naval Engineer, I began my professional journey at Benetti Yachts in 2018, initially joining as a trainee. Within months, my role evolved to Deputy Project Manager for the groundbreaking M/Y LANA 107M (3900 GT). This immense project, which I managed for several years, provided a truly unparalleled experience, overseeing every facet of a luxury yacht project from inception to delivery.

I was responsible for 360° management of the project, covering a wide range of domains, including:

• Client Relations and Communication
• Financial Control
• Legal and Contractual Matters
• Technical Oversight and Design
• Onboard Inspections and Logistics

The demanding Owner’s team, initially represented by Burgess and later by Imperial Yachts, was instrumental in shaping my growth, pushing me to refine my skills and broaden my expertise in handling complex challenges.

Following the successful delivery of M/Y LANA in 2020, I requested a transition to a more senior role as Project Manager. Benetti entrusted me with new and increasingly complex projects, including OASIS 34M, followed by the B.YOND 37M, and now the prototype Azimut Grande 44M, which I am currently overseeing.

Throughout these years, I’ve had the privilege of managing diverse projects for clients from various nationalities and cultural backgrounds. This unique exposure has greatly expanded my adaptability and communication skills, enabling me to manage client relationships with the highest level of professionalism.

With 6+ years of hands-on experience in managing some of the most prestigious yachts in the industry, I am now looking to pivot into a Sales position to leverage and further develop my client-facing and sales skills, while continuing to thrive in the luxury yacht sector.
