Professional with more than 30 years' experience in management roles in multinational companies and responsibilities at global level. Since 2010 Consultant and Temporary manager with focus on Strategic Planning, Change Management, Supply Chain, Lean and Digital 4.0 transformation projects in Italy and in Europe. Since 2011 and full time since 2022, I work with LEF Lean Experience Factory in partnership with McKinsey, Competence Centre for experiential training and digital transformation, as Trainer, Senior Consultant, Responsible for Business Development; Experienced Project Manager with responsibility for multinational and large teams; Divisional Director for a multinational BU.

I have always establish excellent interpersonal relationships, facilitating a right team spirit that allowed to reach and exceed the defined targets.

I have managed budgets and monitored project costs, detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibility of the BU IT integration and Digital 4.0 transformation project for the Business Unit (8 plants in 5 continents) including the Design of the New Integrated Supply Chain model.

Target appointment after the project: BU Supply Chain Director.

The 2008 crisis hit the Company very hard losing over 50% of its turnover in six months; as a result, this project as many others were reduced. I had the new role of BU Logistic Manager for the Chinese, Indian, Argentinian and USA plants up to the end of my contract.

Made by 5 offices around Europe (20 people), with the responsibility to design, develop and implement the new model to optimize the European Group Supply Chain to improve the customer service . After one year I left the company for personal reason.
