Consultant and Temporary Manager for different companies and projects with focus on Strategy Planning, Supply Chain and Operations.

Responsibility of the BU IT integration and Digital 4.0 transformation project for the Business Unit (8 plants in 5 continents) including the Design of the New Integrated Supply Chain model.

Target appointment after the project: BU Supply Chain Director.

The 2008 crisis hit the Company very hard losing over 50% of its turnover in six months; as a result, this project as many others were reduced. I had the new role of BU Logistic Manager for the Chinese, Indian, Argentinian and USA plants up to the end of my contract.

EFFER was in a restructuring phase after the acquisition by CTE group and I was appointed Supply Chain Director (4 plants in Italy)

Temporary manager appointment would be ended with the permanent contract, but I chose the opportunity offered me by Carraro group.

Temporary assignment to manage a critical phase due to a new national legislation that hit significantly the company. Definition of the future strategy, business plan, organizational structure and operations. The target was achieved in the defined time, after that the Board has chosen a manager with a lower profile, more coherent with the downsizing of the role.

Staff function to the Household Appliances Group based in the European Headquarters of Brussels.

Made by 5 offices around Europe (20 people), with the responsibility to design, develop and implement the new model to optimize the European Group Supply Chain to improve the customer service . After one year I left the company for personal reason.

Responsibility for export sales, technical documentation, after-sales service and the European supply chain of spare parts for the Household Appliance.

Project Manager for the European re-design of the distribution network and customer service system.

Responsible for the new Spare Parts Division for the Professional Product Line at the European level.

I take the responsibility of the Logistic Distribution Centre (60.000 sqm) that I have designed, managed the construction included logistic structure and the development of a new WMS. Responsible for the design and implementation of the European Spare Parts Supply Chain to realize the H24 service to customers.

All the assigned objectives have been achieved positively.

Staff function at the General Management of the BU to manage and implement the industrial plan.
