As Project Manager for a company operating in the Field & Trade Marketing sector, I carried out the following tasks:

• Strategic planning and ongoing control of human resources and budget;
• Management of relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders to project including suppliers;
• Preparation and management of meetings with team and other stakeholders and definition of the schedule;
• Collaboration in definition of project feasibility and implementation strategies;
• Operational management of project and supervision of all planned activities;
• Definition of programs and deadlines, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments;
• Project management and resource planning;
• Coordination of variable team of professionals in sector;
• Customer relationship management throughout project;
• Management of complex and interconnected projects with overlapping deadlines;
• Monitoring of the progress of project with respect to the milestones established in kick-off phase;
• Budget definition, management and tracking.
• Project quality planning and periodic verification using Project Management tools.

As an intern I had the opportunity to directly assist the Senior Project Manager in all its aspects and to be able to see firsthand the progress of the project starting from bureaucratic requests, to making the workplace safe by referring to current regulations and supervision and rectification working steps until objective is achieved. I was involved in the analysis of priorities and critical issues with the aim of identifying the best solutions to the different problems that were frequenting. Furthermore, the approach had to be careful, methodical and concrete in carrying out the daily tasks while ensuring an excellent working pace.

In this role I mainly dealt with the sale of ski equipment, the management and reorganization the warehouse with subsequent counting. However, communication skills were required, being clear and convincing was a requirement like any marketing activity. Customer assistance also included the management of any complaints.
