• Researched and wrote contracts, agreements and proposals.
• Provided support in the management of extraordinary transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and share deals, by drafting key contractual documents (NDAs, LOIs, SPAs, SHAs, Term Sheets).
• Assisted in legal due diligence activities on Italian and international targets, with a focus on corporate and commercial matters.
• Contributed to the structuring and coordination of investment and divestment transactions for private equity funds.
• Drafted corporate documents, including board and shareholders’ meeting minutes, powers of attorney and other routine governance documentation.
