- Leadership in the implementation and follow-up of a Performance and Cost Reduction project. In the fiscal year 23/24, it brought significant results with the collaboration of all company areas and it was then decided by BU Board to continue for another year with an additional important target in cost reduction and improvement in production efficiency.
- Implementation of Business Intelligence project - Qliksense, 2021 - 2022, Together with IT and an external company, participated in the Governance Leadership in this project as a Data Manager and Responsible for KPIs implementation/development for the Controlling area and the main dashboard that drives the company.
- Development of a tool / methodology for analysis of prices and cost impact - Italy, 2021, Participated in the creation of a methodology to analyze the price offered for our business x impact of costs and result margin in search of applying or not discounts and bonuses for our customers.
- Restructuring of the Monthly Financial Report, 2020, In search of making the process leaner, requiring less rework of our plants and focusing on the financial KPIs that are relevant to our business, we reconstructed the monthly financial report that helps in estimating the consolidated result of the month for the Business Unit.
- Optimization of Investment Application process, 2019, Developed a project to restructure the feasibility analysis / approval process and control of investment projects through the creation of a methodology in an excel platform used by the 12 operational units of our business unit, assisting in the accuracy of the decision making of the investment need.
