Strong believer in team spirit and collaboration, I am passionate about brand management and change management communication. Over the last 20 years communication has completely changed as we do understand more about human brain and have wide number of available channels; different social behavior; new work environment and a huge need for transformations. In this scenario I had the opportunity both in Henkel and in Air Liquide to define local strategies and priorities at local level consistent with global communication framework. I developed local plans based on local context to engage employees and build pride. I supported businesses in building needed visibility and positioning among relevant stakeholders scouting events, speaking platform opportunities and managing media relations.
I also managed leadership programs to enhance communication skills among people managers and developed best practices in crisis communication management and sustainability communication.
