I attended the Gestalt Counseling Course for 2 years, from 2017 to 2019 .

The course provided a wide range of essential skills for professional practice in Gestalt therapy. I gained a deep understanding of the fundamental principles of gestalt, focusing on awareness of the here and now and the totality of individual experience. I acquired skills include the ability to facilitate emotional and cognitive awareness in clients, encouraging personal responsibility and awareness of relational dynamics.

I learned the use of experiential techniques, such as role-playing and dream exploration, to deepen understanding of personal dynamics.
