• Drive growth and build clinical confidence of customers through education on Align’s clinical protocols and ClinCheck software program as well as clinical troubleshooting

In my role as assistant of the medical department I am in charge of:

• Elaboration and sending of reports from each department to the head office.
• Internal KPI analysis of the performance of more than 50 Dentix clinics in Italy.
• Management and monitoring of the clinics' operational performance.
• Control and update of the Business Plan.

• Streamlined appointment scheduling for increased efficiency and reduced waiting times.
• Assisting dentists with complex procedures, ensuring optimal patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Maintaining a clean and sterile work environment to prevent cross-contamination and infection.

• Contacting potential first-time patients through dental networks.
