Acted as a consultant for Unareti (Milan and Brescia DSO) on two high-impact initiatives within the utilities and infrastructure domain, contributing to strategic network expansion and technological transformation:

• Network Acquisition: Played a key role in Unareti’s acquisition of Enel Distribuzione Milano and Val Trompia Network, Italy’s largest network acquisition. This expansion increased the number of PODs from 1,158,807 to nearly 2 million (+795,638) and added 17,300 km of network. Supported the integration and optimization of the newly acquired systems, ensuring a seamless transition aligned with Unareti’s operational framework
• ADMS Project: Led the transition from traditional SCADA systems to an Automated Distribution Management System (ADMS) for Unareti, modernizing network operations, outage management, and grid monitoring. Managed system integration and migration, ensuring the successful deployment of ADMS, which was completed in March 2024.

Advised on IT/OT strategy and business model optimization to align Unareti’s digital transformation initiatives with grid modernization goals.

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance data migration, system architecture, and interoperability standards

• Led SAP SRM unification across ENEL and ENDESA in Italy, Spain, and Latin America, ensuring effective system integration and process alignment
• Managed project development, blueprint construction, and post-Go Live support to enhance operational performance
• Designed and implemented IT solutions supporting procurement, supply chain, and operational planning processes
