Ensured seamless execution of all backstage operations, including model lineup, wardrobe management, hair and makeup logistics, and overall show flow.

As Area Manager I have been responsible in overseeing the operational performance of Ballerette’s business units in Italy’s center south, including new store location openings, day to day management of operations and scouting and training new resources.
