At the beginning of the experience in this Law Firm I primarily worked on evictions, landlord-tenant disputes, traffic violations, recovering of debts in Italy and abroad (on the behalf of Italian Companies against foreign Companies), enforcement procedures, judicial lien registration, bankruptcy proceedings, consumer affairs and property disputes.

Over the last ten years, I deepened my knowledge and practice of family law, working on separations, divorces (also regarding American citizens), custody disputes, adoptability proceedings (assessment of the status of suspected abandoned minors), paternity recognition, restraining orders in case of family abuse (also in favor and against American citizens), support administration for the elderly and non-self-sufficient, seizure of military pension for child support, Italian registration of foreign marriage and divorce decrees, request of Italian citizenship for American citizens.

My present job consists of multiple aspects, to include: document and public records research, drafting agreements and contracts, legal consultation (verbal and written), studying legal cases, notarization of power of attorneys, conferences with clients and colleagues, authoring and filing of legal proceedings, presentation at trial (Justice of the Peace, Tribunal, Court of Appeal, Juvenile Court and Juvenile Court of Appeal) both in and outside the Region.

This is the Law Firm where I completed my two-year internship. The job consisted of the study of legal cases, document research, legal consultations, authoring of legal filings, conferences with clients and with colleagues, representation at trial (Justice of the Peace and Tribunal) in the following subject: traffic violations, evictions, landlord-tenant disputes, property disputes, separations, divorces and custody disputes.
