Chiara Galvagno

During my academic career in Economics and Statistics, I developed skills in data analysis, the elaboration of economic models and the use of statistical (R) and econometric (STATA) tools.
I studied econometrics, resource management and market analysis.
In parallel to my university studies, I coach the rowing competition team for boys and girls from 12 to 17 years. This position has allowed me to develop strong skills in organizational and relational: from training planning to race management, through the motivation of athletes.
I have learned to manage group dynamics, communicate effectively with adolescents and families, and promote a positive, safe and continuous improvement environment.
