• First point of contact for customers entering the gym and ensure members are welcomed and membership confirmed.
• Carry out duties in timed blocks such as cleaning, organisation of equipment and general reception duties.
• Skills demonstrated: respect, willingness to help and adapt, customer engagement and delivery of tasks to high standard. Problem solving and difficult conversations when a membership record is not found for an attendee at the gym as well as managing the solution.

• Carried out general yard duties, ensuring the care and management of both riding school and high level competition horses.
• Riding school: supported the yard manger with pony days, looking after an assigned child to ensure they had the correct safety equipment and were able to learn the basics of riding.
• Competition yard: supported the head groom with general yard and riding duties

Pop up cafe:

Served customers from the kiosk which entailed; taking orders, made making drinks and preparing/serving food.

Tea gardens:

Seating and discussing menu options with customers, taking orders and engaging with the kitchen preparing the food. Ensured customers were happy with their orders and enjoyed their experience
