• Migration of data export functionality to Azure DataLake from Dynamics D365 Financial and Operations, using the new functionality based on the Synapse Link connector to replace the previous mode that is being deprecated at the beginning of 2025

During this experience I supported the team in developing ETL based on Talend jobs and Azure Data Factory pipelines and stored procedures to feed the final DWH, based on SQL Server, with related data provided by the customer's HR department.

• Review of ETL flows created with Microsoft SSIS and SQL data structures (tables and views) to facilitate integration and subsequently the definitive switch between the two systems powered by Microsoft AX 2019 and Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations.
• The data had to temporarily transit on the Synapse platform during processing, and then converge towards the final on-prem DWH based on SQL Server 2012, on which the pre-existing reporting system was based.
