My experience at Bausch&Lomb allowed me to have great satisfaction in an environment that was as new to me as ophthalmology:

Leading Company in Pain Therapy ( with Oxycontin) saw me leading the Launch of a new Opioid on Pain Therapy :Targin ( oxycodone/naloxone) and a new Drug for the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis :Lodotra. MEDICAL TARGET : Pain Therapists, Oncologists, Orthopedists, Physiatrists and Rheumatologists for all of Sardinia.
Later I participated in the Launch of a drug for the treatment of Asthma : Flutiformo MEDICAL TARGET : Pneumologists and Allergologists.
As a result of a collaboration between Mundipharma and Janssen, I brought INVOKANA AND VOKANAMET drugs to the Diabetology medical class.
The experience in Mundipharma allowed me to better organize myself on multiple targets by assigning the right priorities and developing extreme flexibility to changes. I also gained experience in making more effective and usable action plans designed with careful strategic analysis to better manage a vast,complex and diverse territory in the various therapeutic

My experience in Zambon has allowed me to develop Team Working with colleagues in Sardinia, while keeping alive the individual responsibility for the territory of my competence.
