Summary

As National Sales Manager for the last 5 years, I had the opportunity to lead the EP division to commercial success, growing by 23% YoY (on average), reaching 19% of market share, executing strategic products launch like Rhythmia, Polarx and Farapulse, becoming BSCI Country of the Year for 3 times in a row

I lead the best EP Clinical team on the market, now made up of 20 professionals, that i built starting from scratch : initially attracting talent from competitors to bring new competencies and developing internal one.

In my role i developed the ability to influence and coach my peers on how to handel EP business, contributing the the success of Boston Scientific RM division.



From 2007 to today I have held various roles at Boston Scientific, having the opportunity to contribute to the company's success and perfecting myself as a professional and individuals. During this amazing 15 years, I have identified 3 important moments for my professional development :

  • The long journey in EP taught me to face problems without ever getting discouraged but on the contrary finding the motivation to move forward and achieve results, using change as an inexhaustible source of energy and opportunities.
  • When I was a Sales Rep I developed important communication and execution skills and to develop an approach based on customer needs (customercentric).
  • my experience as an FCS gave me both an important technical background and the awareness that our work can improve patients' quality of life.
