I lead the best EP Clinical team on the market, now made up of 20 professionals, that i built starting from scratch : initially attracting talent from competitors to bring new competencies and developing internal one.
In my role i developed the ability to influence and coach my peers on how to handel EP business, contributing the the success of Boston Scientific RM division.
