• Assisting in the execution of collision avoidance, route correction and route conversion monoeuvres by using manual and/or automated procedures
• Study of nautical charting for the optimal planning of routes in terms of time,stops and to avoid navigational hazards
• Using paper charts, weather bullettins and pilot/routeing charts to make the safest route
• Carrying out the assigned tasks with care,precision and dedication
• Assisting to the correctly setting, starting and controlling the operation of Radars and ECDIS
