Global HR Business Partner Reiwa Program (June 2020 - July 2024)
Reiwa Program is a Global project that will integrate our core business functions and processes (finance, procurement, manufacturing, sales and distribution, service management, logistics and warehouse management) into a single platform, improving and simplifying ways of work for over 30,000 employees across 60+ countries. As Global HRBP for the Program I support the Program Management Team in staffing and managing the Program, facilitating the cross-country collaboration and ensuring that all the standard processes are in place and correctly applied for the project employees. In this role, I report to the Program Director.
Global HR Business Partner for Finance Function (Jan 2021 - March 2025)
In this role I support the CFO and his direct reports on all the HR Topics and on the global organizational design of their functions.
