I hold the position of Process and Quality Engineer at a hot steel forging company.
I am responsible for supervising and analyzing the entire production process, from input to output, with a focus on continuous improvement.
I provide training to personnel on all changes related to the production process and develop operating procedures based on these changes.
I interact with customers and suppliers to manage non-conformities.
In collaboration with other team members, I conduct Root Cause analyses using tools such as 5 Whys, the Ishikawa Diagram, and SWOT Analysis.
I work closely with suppliers, assisting them in analyzing their processes and developing procedures they must follow to minimize waste as much as possible.
I also coordinate the "Quality Control" department, which consists of 2 people.

• I work as a Project Engineer at Johnson Controls Italia, located at Via Milanese 124, Milan.
  I am responsible for the design of automation systems for mechanical plants such as thermal power plants, refrigeration systems, and air handling units (HVAC systems) for building temperature control.
  More specifically, I manage the entire process required for the design of these systems.
  This includes acquiring electrical points to create the electrical diagram, programming the controllers, creating the database, and developing the graphical interface.
  I am involved in both the start-up of new systems and their revamping.

• I worked at the Isola delle Femmine (Palermo) location during the specified period, primarily as a laborer, assisting machine operators, cleaning machines, and maintaining workstations.
  I was also responsible for simple welding tasks and using tools such as a gas torch, grinder, and other basic workshop equipment.
