I hold the position of Process and Quality Engineer at a hot steel forging company.
I am responsible for supervising and analyzing the entire production process, from input to output, with a focus on continuous improvement.
I provide training to personnel on all changes related to the production process and develop operating procedures based on these changes.
I interact with customers and suppliers to manage non-conformities.
In collaboration with other team members, I conduct Root Cause analyses using tools such as 5 Whys, the Ishikawa Diagram, and SWOT Analysis.
I work closely with suppliers, assisting them in analyzing their processes and developing procedures they must follow to minimize waste as much as possible.
I also coordinate the "Quality Control" department, which consists of 2 people.
